Tim and Amber from Cornerstone Mortgage, Lacey WA were great. Everything was done faster than I could have imagined leaving plenty of opportunities to talk fishing. Instructions were clear and concise, allowing me to remit paperwork (digitally) ASAP to keep the process rolling along. Communication was readily available even with the one very minor issue dealing with previous VA lending number under wife's name. Cleared the issue with one explanatory email and Amber took it from there. Awesome. Don't see a use again for myself anytime soon but, anyone looking to Refi or Buy, especially VA, Tim and Amber are the ones you want to deal with.
